? Do I need to register to attend?

Yes. Registration is required for all attendees in order to enter the event area.

Children ages 5 & under attend free, but must still be registered for food count and planning purposes.


? Are children allowed?

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event.

  • Children ages 5 & under: Free (registration required)

  • Children ages 6 and up: Registration required

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.


? Do registrations include an event T-shirt?

Yes — event T-shirts are included with registration for participants ages 6 and up.

  • Shirts are distributed at check-in only

  • Shirts will not be mailed or available for pickup after the event

  • Please select your size carefully — all shirt selections are final

? Children 5 & under do not receive a complimentary shirt, but extra shirts can be purchased online during registration.


? Can I buy extra shirts?

Yes! Additional shirts may be:

  • Purchased online during registration

  • Available for purchase at the event while supplies last

Yes!

When registering multiple family members in the same transaction, each additional person receives $5 off per person, up to a maximum of 4 family members.

  • Max discount: $20 per family

  • Discount must be applied during the original registration (not retroactive)


What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving early to allow time for:

  • Check-in

  • Wristband pickup

  • Shirt distribution

Exact times will be sent in the confirmation email.


How does check-in work?

  • All attendees must check in upon arrival

  • Check-in is handled through the TeamLinkt system

  • Wristbands will be issued and must be worn at all times


? What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event, unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

Any updates or cancellations will be communicated via email and social media.


? What is the refund policy?

All registrations are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Late arrival

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Weather conditions


? What items are not allowed?

For everyone’s safety:

  • No outside alcohol

  • No illegal substances

  • No weapons or unsafe items

Event staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who does not follow event rules.


? Will photos or videos be taken?

Yes. Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional or archival purposes.
